Game 3 thoughts
Wow, what a game! I just got back from Energy Solutions, and that place was rocking like I've never seen it (OK so I am a transplant here and it was my 1st playoff game).
I find it incredibly ironic that all year long Okur has been a defensive liability but we didn't care b/c his #s on the offensive side of the ball were awesome. In this series, and especially this game, it's been the opposite. He did a great job on Yao tonight.
And props to Millsap - that guy should be getting more than 14 mins, but ah well.
Great game Jazz!

Amen! It wasn't the prettiest win all season, but there were some geat moments. Besides, we NEEDED it. The Jazz played great team ball--and defense--which is what has been winning them games all season. If Okur ever gets his offense back we may be able to pull off a win in Houston. It still seems like a long shot, but if I've learned anything in my many years as a Jazz fan, it's that you can't count out a Jerry Sloan team. Nice win!
